What is Pay As You Go IT Support?

At RedDrum, we realise that all companies, regardless of size, are completely reliant upon their IT systems. Whilst RedDrum work with some of the leading companies in the area, some of whom we work with globally, we also try to make our professional IT support services available to those that may not be able to commit to a Managed IT contract. We know that upon occasion, it can be a matter of ‘life or death’ for a company, if email systems are down, there is no Internet connectivity or systems have simply stopped working. Unfortunately, the threat of a cyber attack, fraud or virus infection of systems, is also all too real.

Pricing and plans

Flexible, transparent pricing that adapts to your needs

Ad hoc - 1 hour block

For that one off issue
£105.00 (ex VAT)
Services must be bought and paid for before being used.

Ad hoc - 10 hour block

For that office emergency
£980.00 (ex VAT)
Services must be bought and paid for before being used.

  • *On-site support

Prepaid - 10 hour block

For what ever happens
£750.00 (ex VAT)
Services must be bought and paid for at least 5 clear working days before being used.

Support within normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and can be provided remotely via on line support systems or telephone, or on site.

All services requests are billed in 30 minute intervals.

*A minimum of a 1-hour charge is made for a site visit, together with any further time, in 30 minute intervals. There are no travelling charges levied for sites within 50 miles of our Cwmbran offices, though travelling time is charged at the hourly rate, capped at a maximum of 1-hour.

* RedDrum engineers will decide if a site visit is required, all necessary steps will be taken remotely before a service call is scheduled.
