Gwyn George Partnership

Gwyn George Partnership (GGP) are a well-known Welsh law firm who offer their services throughout Wales, across their four different locations. One of the main problems facing Gwyn George Partnership was the geographical split of the firm. Inevitably with a law firm there is plenty of paperwork and key information relating to cases that need to be accessed and shared across the different offices.

The work we carried out for Gwyn George Partnership was focussed on creating a centralised case management system based in a data warehouse in Bristol, where GGP staff could access and manage case information wherever they were. The system could be accessed completely remotely, which has revolutionised how they operate as a business, but has also put them ahead of the game, as their innovative approach to remote case management has meant they are better equipped to take full advantage of the current digitalisation of the Court Systems and will be able to log into their case management directly from the Court House using the newly installed internet system.

As well as creating a centralised case management system, we also installed a bespoke intranet system to help manage their Human Resources within the company. The intranet includes a number of facilities, but primarily we implemented the Clockin module to track and manage the staff attendance.

The work we’ve carried out for Gwyn George Partnership is continuing to transform their operations and has been an incredibly valuable and innovative introduction to their business, putting them in a great position in their marketplace.
